India Fashion Week:
This is also a prominent Indian Fashion Show that takes place twice in a year in New Delhi. Coming up with a massive range of collection of summer and winter wear, the 'India Fashion Week' usually held around March and October respectively.
Hundreds of high profile designers take part along with quite a few promising newcomers in this elite fashion show.
India Bridal Fashion Week:
The only Indian Fashion Show that takes place in two different cities of the country. 'India Bridal Fashion Week' is organized generally in July-September in Mumbai and Delhi.
Bangalore Fashion Week:
Another highly appreciated and awaited fashion show in India that held twice a year. Unlike the other high profile shows, 'Bangalore Fashion Week' take place in Bangalore in generally in the month of January and July.
There is a special section in this show for foreign designers where designers from outside India participate in numbers.

Sabyasachi Mukherjee:
Graduating from the 'National Institute of Fashion Technology' in New Delhi in 1999, this Bengali designer didn't take too much of time to create a wave in Indian fashion.
He was chosen for the 'Femina British Council' award for Most Outstanding Young Designer in 2001 and awarded as the grand winner in the 'Mercedes-Benz Asia Fashion Week' in 2003.
Tarun Tahiliani:
TarunTahiliani went New York to complete his degree in fashion from the 'The Fashion Institute of Technology, New York' in the 90's.
After coming back in India, Tarun saw a great potential in the fashion industry in the country and worked hard to bring a revolution in Indian fashion.
Manish Arora:
New Delhi-based highly talented designer Manish Arora started his label after his own name 'Manish Arora' way back in 1997. He is not only a top designer in India but also in the world stage. The first international appearance of his label took place in the 'London Fashion Week' in 2005.
