The Couture Journey
A structured process designed to guide your bridal vision from first enquiry to final fitting
At Panache Haute Couture, each bridal outfit is developed through a considered couture journey — allowing us to understand your vision, refine your design, and create a piece that feels deeply personal to your celebration.
As every outfit is individually handcrafted, we accept a limited number of bridal commissions each season.

01. Bridal Application
Your couture journey begins with a Bridal Consultation Application.
This allows you to share your wedding details, outfit requirements, aesthetic preferences, and inspiration before any appointment is scheduled.
Each application is carefully reviewed to understand your timeline, vision, and suitability for our current bridal intake.
This stage helps us determine how we can best guide your journey.

02. Private Bridal Consultation
Once your application is reviewed, selected brides are invited for a private consultation.
This is an in-depth learning session where we discuss your wedding styling, outfit requirements, design preferences, and overall bridal direction.
This consultation is focused on understanding your expectations and introducing you to the Panache couture process.
Please note: This stage does not include trials, garment try-ons, or final design commitments.

03. Design Refinement Session
This is the commitment stage of your couture journey.
Once your direction becomes clearer, we move into a focused refinement session where silhouettes, fabrics, embroidery details, colour palettes, and overall design elements are explored in greater detail.
A fully redeemable design commitment deposit is required to proceed with this stage.
This deposit is adjusted towards your final outfit value and secures dedicated design time, planning, and access to selected trial references where required.

04. Final Confirmation
At this stage, your bridal design is finalised and all major design elements, styling details, and garment specifications are confirmed.
To secure your couture order and reserve your production schedule, an outfit advance deposit is required at this stage.
Once your advance deposit is received, our team prepares your final custom order contract and formal invoice based on the confirmed design specifications.
Please note that custom order documentation and production allocation are issued only after deposit confirmation. Production availability cannot be guaranteed without order confirmation and deposit clearance.

05. Production
Your outfit enters the handcrafted production stage.
Our atelier begins the creation process with close attention to embroidery precision, fabric handling, garment structure, and finishing.
Each garment is developed individually to maintain couture-level craftsmanship.
During this stage, our team may share selected progress updates to ensure transparency in craftsmanship and alignment with the approved design.
Where required, we may also request design confirmations on specific elements to ensure accuracy before final completion.

06. Fittings & Final Trials
As your garment progresses, fitting appointments are scheduled where required to refine proportions, fall, movement, and finishing.
These sessions ensure your bridal outfit is perfected before final delivery.

Please Note
Due to the bespoke nature of couture production, timelines begin only after Final Confirmation.
We strongly recommend brides begin their journey well in advance to allow sufficient time for consultation, refinement, production, and fittings.
