You acknowledge that these terms of returns and exchange are limited to direct sale by us to you and that these terms of returns and exchange are not available in case of a sale by third party and invoice which shall be governed by the terms of such sale. We may accept returns for account credit only. For this purpose, we must receive the merchandise within 10 days from the date it was shipped to you. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged by you. Goods will be returned only if they are returned in their original packaging. We do not provide a refund on any goods sold. Goods once sold can only be exchanged for replacement or a store credit if they meet our terms and conditions. Since we keep limited inventory and do not always have all sizes available and under such circumstances, the amount paid by you can be used by you whenever you shop with us next time. All conditions applicable to return of goods shall also apply to exchange of goods. To return an item, the customer must write to us at email@example.com, a prompt response is assured to such emails. Alternatively, the customer may even send a WhatsApp message to our customer care number +61-470219564 which remains open 11am-6pm on 7 DAYS. We are not liable for any damages caused to the Product during transit.
Our terms and conditions pertaining to returns and exchange are as follows:-
The customer has to bear shipping cost both sides if he/she wants to return the item. Our return policy is, however, subject to the following:
(a) Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please inform our customer care department in the event any Goods/Products are delivered without tags
(b) Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with your return.
(c)Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
(d) A re-stocking fee of 35% applicable for all types of returns.
(e) Goods are faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it with the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the Site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.
(f) All custom made and made to measure orders are non-returnable.
Items ordered at Panache are based on the measurements provided by you, therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom made and made to measure orders. Please note before dispatching any item we keep an image for our records.
In the case of receiving a defective item, you must provide us a written record for the reason of return within 24 hours by emailing us on firstname.lastname@example.org in which case we will investigate into. There is no refund for shipping and handling charges.
We will not exchange or accept returns to any items that have been used, have any stains, emit body odours or perfume scents.
There is a strict No refund No exchange policy on accessories due to hygiene reasons.
Should you wish to return all or a part of your order, you need to let us know within 24 hours from the date of receiving your parcel. You can either call our Customer Support No.0061-470219564 between 11 am - 6 pm, on all 7 DAYS or drop us a mail at email@example.com.
After validating your return request over we will send you an email authorizing a return. The mail will have a link that gives you access to the return shipping address label. You may simply print, fill with accurate information, paste the shipping address label on the package and courier it back to us. Please bear in mind that we should receive the return package within 7 days of us sending the authorizing email. Post receipt of the return package, we will proceed to inspect the same. Once approved as an eligible return, we will issue your refund or merchandise credit in the appropriate amount. If however the return is found not eligible for a refund, we will courier the same back to you. In either scenario, your return issue will be closed within 10 days of our receiving of the return package from you.
We will keep you updated on the status of your return at each step:
- When we validate your return, we send you a return authorization mail
- At the closure of your refund, we send you a closure mail
- Refunds are always sent to you in the form of Store credit of gift cards which you can use in the store for any other purchase.
- We don't accept refunds in the form of cash, cheque, bank transfer, credit/debit card etc.
You may cancel an order within 24 hours of your purchase. You can cancel your order by writing to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. The cancellation will be effective within 24 hours and a confirmation email will be sent immediately. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been sent for Production by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us. Panache Haute Couture is not liable for any damages in transit.
