Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Panache each outfit is individually created to your measurements. To ensure customer satisfaction, all orders are held for 24 hours (not applicable on urgent orders) before being processed to allow for any design changes or alterations. Please bear in mind any changes in design may alter the original price.
You may cancel an order within 24 hours of your purchase. You can cancel your order by writing to us at info@panachehautecouture.com. The cancellation will be effective within 24 hours and a confirmation email will be sent immediately.
If you cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase then your full amount (taxes will be deducted) will be returned to you excluding transaction charges.
If you cancel your order during production, we will refund only 50% of the amount to the buyer in form of store credits or gift cards.
If you cancel your order before shipping, we won't accept refunds in that case.
In case of urgent orders, No refunds/cancellations will be accepted as per our company policy.
All Jurisdictions related to refunds will be handle by our Finance and Legal Departments, Australia.
