Answer: 🔸 Made-to-Measure & Custom Orders – We do not accept returns unless the outfit is faulty or damaged. Before shipping, we take detailed photos of the measurements and outfit, and in most cases, we share full garment images with our customers.
🔸 Jewellery (Earrings & Necklace Sets) – Due to hygiene reasons, earrings and necklace sets cannot be returned or exchanged once sold.

Answer: To preserve the integrity of your outfit, we recommend dry cleaning for all custom-made garments, especially those with intricate embroidery. Question: Do you charge for trials?
Answer: We offer a complimentary 45-minute consultation, where we take the time to understand your vision, discuss customisation options, and introduce you to our craftsmanship, quality, and in-store couture collections.
During this consultation, up to two outfit trials are included. Should you wish to try additional outfits or require more dedicated trial time, a separate trial appointment will need to be booked.
To maintain the pristine condition of our couture samples and ensure every bride enjoys them at their best, bridal trial appointments are offered with a fee of $100. This allows us to minimise casual window shopping and dedicate focused time and personalised service to our valued clients.
The $100 trial fee is fully adjustable against your final garment purchase.
