Our Necklace jewellery & earrings sets are designed and sold as complete, indivisible pieces and cannot be separated. Due to hygiene considerations and the nature of pierced jewellery, all sets that include earrings are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange due to change of mind. Partial or component-based returns are not accepted.
Pieces that are made-to-order or customised or on Sale, are also considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, as they are created specifically to your requirements.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request clear images or a parcel opening video to assist in assessing your claim. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
