Booking & Production Policy
Thank you for your interest in our custom bridal couture.
As each outfit is individually designed and handcrafted, we take a strictly limited number of orders each season to ensure quality, detailing, and timely delivery.
Order Confirmation
A production slot is secured only upon receipt of a 50% advance payment. Until the advance is received, the order is not considered confirmed and production availability is not reserved.
Design Finalisation
Once the advance payment is received, our team will proceed with detailed design finalisation, customisation refinements, and fabric confirmation. Minor design adjustments can be discussed during this stage.
Pricing Validity
All quotations are valid only until the specified date. Prices and availability may be revised after this period due to production scheduling and seasonal workload.
Production Capacity
Orders are scheduled strictly based on confirmation date and payment receipt. As we operate with limited production capacity, availability is not guaranteed until confirmation is completed.
Communication & Business Hours
All confirmations, invoices, and order processing are handled during business hours (9:00 AM – 9:00 PM). Requests or confirmations received outside these hours will be addressed on the next working day.
Important Note
Due to the bespoke nature of our work and limited slots, we are unable to hold production dates without confirmation. We recommend securing your order early to avoid disappointment.
